Holgran has available two types of sugar for use in bread to improve sweetness or to mask bitter tastes. These can also add colour and so are used to help achieve desired taste and appearance.

This is fine grained brown sugar, especially designed for use in bakery, clean label friendly, and example of usage rate would be in brown bread between 2 - 3% on flour weight
